Been with the service for a while now. They promised and they delivered! We got a new house and had initial issues with scorpions and a couple of snakes. After a few visits we noticed the bugs were flushed out and the volume of sightings has very much reduced. Very happy with the service overall, will recommend!

Urban Texas Pest Control has been awesome! Kember is so nice and easy to communicate with. She’s very on top of scheduling, sending reminders of treatment days, and will even send day-of updates! We’ve had 1 service and a reservice when wasps tried to start a nest again. John Paul came out for our initial service, he was very thorough and took care of everything! We had a lot of wasps nests and our yard was filled with mosquitos, spiders, and tons of other bugs. CJ came out for the reservice of new wasp nests and was very thorough. He even found wasps nests we hadn’t noticed! We are so impressed with Urban Texas Pest Control and will continue to use them and recommend them!

We just moved into town and needed spraying in the house and in the yard it got done right away!! They sent out CJ who happen to be one of the owners of the company. He was out right away as soon as he got to the house he did a great job inside and out. I have been unhappy with my current pest control service that I’ve had for almost three years. I only utilized them because they were the builders choice. Each time I complained they talked me into staying. I was having to buy pest control products and go behind them. My neighbor uses Urban Texas Pest Control and I asked her if she was happy with them and she said yes and indicated she had them for almost three years. I finally had it when I went out to pull some weeds and I was covered in fire ants. I went inside to change and when I came back outside much to my surprise Urban Texas was servicing my neighbors property. I introduced myself to CJ @ Urban Texas Pest Control and asked if he was able to service my property that same day and he said no problem. I told CJ the issues I was having with my current Pest Control Company. CJ said he would do the initial service and then be back in 30 days. CJ said they could service every two months or every quarter. With the summer months coming I chose every two months. CJ said if I was having any issues in between service to call and they would come out to treat. I was extremely impressed with the initial treatment. CJ Inspected and removed spiderwebs from my home. Granulated the front and back yard. Treated windowsills and sprayed the front and back lawn, garage, eves, entryways, exterior foundation, and property fence line. The prior company only sprayed around the perimeter of the house and I had to watch them because they were always in a hurry to service and hardly put down any product for fire ants. I was very impressed because CJ @ Urban Texas Pest Control sprayed everywhere. I can already tell that Urban Texas is going to be superior to my prior pest control company and feel like it will be money well spent. I will actually be saving money not having to buy additional pest control products.
